Overview
The Structured Knowledge Graph is a persistent, evolving representation of your organization’s information. It stores entities, relationships, and facts with confidence scores, enabling agents to produce grounded, verifiable outputs. The Knowledge Graph is what makes MINDBLIX different from standard RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems. Instead of just retrieving text chunks, agents reason over a structured graph of verified facts and relationships.
How It Works
Data Flow
- Ingestion — Raw data arrives from connected sources (docs, APIs, databases)
- Extraction — Entities (people, orgs, concepts) are automatically identified
- Linking — Relationships between entities are mapped and verified
- Scoring — Each fact receives a confidence score based on source reliability
- Querying — Agents query the graph during reasoning for factual grounding
